Delivery

The delivery cost is £6.99 for every order up to 15kg.

If your order is over 15kg, you will be subject to an extra £6.99 charge for every additional 15kg ordered.

All deliveries are next working day if ordered before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm will be delivered in 2 working days.

If your order is placed on a Friday before 1pm, your item will be delivered on the following Monday. If your order is placed on a Friday after 1pm or on a Saturday or Sunday, your item will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

If the driver is unable to deliver the parcel in the first attempt, they will leave a card with a number to call to reorganise delivery at a convenient time. If the driver is unable to deliver on the second attempt, you will be charged again for the full delivery cost. The parcel will be returned to the depot and stored for 7 days after which it will be returned to Door 2 Door Drinks. If this occurs, in order to receive your goods you will be liable to pay the full delivery cost again. If you no longer want the goods you will receive a refund, minus the delivery costs incurred.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address and postcode. Incorrect delivery details will incur an additional charge for the courier to re-route the parcel. If you decide you no longer want the goods, you will receive a refund minus the delivery costs.
